Thanks to my dear friend,and fellow Food for Life instructor, Leslie Haas from SC, for introducing me to soy curls! We worked together in 2016 at the Plant-Based Cooking Summit with Drs. Colin and LeAnne Campbell and their family, along with Chef Del Sroufe and others, and Leslie pulled out the soy curls. What the heck? Wonderfulness, that’s what!
No kidding! Dinner can be ready in 10 minutes flat with these Barbecue Sandwiches. They happen to be one of my husband’s favorite meals. We just add fresh spinach leaves, onions, and pickles. Often we serve them with a garden salad, corn on the cob, or baked French fries.
These barbecue sandwiches will be a hit, no matter who you feed them to!
