Recommended kitchen equipment
Most of these cookie recipes require no fancy equipment at all but, if you’ve never done much baking, these are some items that can really be helpful.
Baking sheets- A variety of sizes of baking sheets is always helpful. The one most used in my kitchen is a 13″x18″ pan.
Non-stick supplies- We like to bake completely oil-free, so I have a stockpile of silicone baking mats and even parchment sheets that help me get the job done without a single drop of oil and make clean up a breeze.
Mixer- Whether you use a stand mixer or a simple hand-held mixer, you’ll want to keep one of these available for making many of these cookie recipes and even cakes and muffins.
Bowls- It is my opinion that you can never have too many mixing bowls. There are always different uses for them whether whisking the dry ingredients in one and the wet ingredients in another or even for just mashing bananas for sweetening.
Cooling racks- These heavy duty, dishwasher safe cooling racks will come in handy when you’re making multiple batches of cookies and need your pans to start the next batch while the other cookies cool.
