There are 5 different books to choose from with the Starter Kits (KickStart, Diabetes, Brain, and Vegan Starter), and if you click on the photo of the particular book you’re interested in, you’ll be directed to the page for it. Hi Charlotte- Unfortunately, PCRM still doesn’t have their ordering department operating, so I’m unable to get the supplies at this time. Keep watch and hopefully, it will be soon.

We heard Dr. Barnard speak on the Holistic Holiday at Sea Cruise and he mentioned this “kit” we could buy and give to our physicians… but I cannot find where to actually order this. I see the book (just the book) on Amazon… where do I order the full kit?

I have been WFPB since April 1, 2019. I am losing weight and feeling better every day. This lifestyle is becoming more comfortable and I have no desire for meat or dairy. I am struggling with this way of life
It can definitely feel overwhelming in the beginning but gets easier with time if you stick to it. I suggest continuing to read books, articles, success stories, and watch documentaries about plant-based nutrition to keep motivated.
