Since brunch is usually served later in the morning--usually between 10 a.m. and noon–we often find ourselves enjoying it on those lazy slow-moving days or even on special holidays like Christmas Day and Mothers Day.
The recipes served can range from savory Breakfast Potatoes and Smoked Tempeh Bacon all the way to sweet delights like Cinnamon Rolls.

Sweet recipe options
It seems like breakfast and sweet flavors like maple syrup with cinnamon just go hand-in-hand. My husband is a big-time sweet breakfast and brunch lover and loves for me to make Applesauce Muffins or a stack of Banana Oat Pancakes.

My personal favorite brunch recipes are more on the savory side. Don’t get me wrong, I love waffles and muffins, but delicious dishes like Smoked Tempeh Bacon and bagels with Creamy Cheese will always be at the top of my list.
