Is eating plant-based expensive?

Eating meatless meals is a great way to cut expenses at the grocery store. Meat, milk, cheese, and eggs are very expensive, and prices continue to rise. Rice, beans, and vegetables tend to cost much less, especially if you’re eating close to the plant and not buying a lot of processed vegan foods.
